Going PRIMAL: Big commitment takes BIG energy not Dieting

Are you ready to have your mind blown, got paper towels handy so you can clean up the mess? OK, I don’t believe in diets, I believe in lifestyles. Dieting can be a roller coaster, agree? Have you ever been disappointed or lost interest because you didn’t achieve the results you were looking for? Bummer! But I haven’t, because I don’t diet. I want BIG energy for BIG action. Notice in my lucky blue bowl (I’ve had it for almost 20 years), that I’m eating eggs for breakfast. Do you want to know something else? Doesn’t matter if you do or don’t, I’m going to share it with you. My good cholesterol(HDL) is continuing to go up, and I get to eat eggs! When we want to make massive change in our lives it takes BIG energy, like the transition to being an entrepreneur, while raising a family. Can you relate? For some parents, even the thought of leaving their J.O.B. takes big energy. Yet, we often fail to provide our body with the nourishment it needs to sustain energy. Well, I can say with absolute confidence it’s time to go Primal and get into your genes. I recommend this to individuals I coach who have big goals and dreams. Going Primal gives them the energy it takes to work though the challenges. WARNING: I am not asking you to buy anything, just take a look at The Primal Blueprint.     Thanks for sharing Holly! Funny that doctors get disgusted when we practice preventative maintenance on ourselves. Happy Thanksgiving!

    I’m with you Nick! Never diet and eat your fats! My doctors are always amazed (and disgusted) with my outstanding bloodwork. Yeah, some is genetic but some of it is plain good habits. Fresh ground flax and bee pollen everyday and plenty of nuts and fish oil. I only use “real” stuff like butter and cream…no non fat stuff. Just be aware and balanced. And stay away from processed foods. That said I’m off to make a pumpkin/butter gooey cake for Thanksgiving….enjoy!
